The concerts will open with Beethoven's Ruins of Athens Overture, which was also featured in SOTM’s first concert program 80 years ago. Next, principal clarinetist Victor Chavez will be the soloist in Mozart's Clarinet Concerto. The evening concludes with Beethoven's Symphony No. 2.
